He received a Bachelors degree in business administration from King University and a Masters Degree in Counseling from Liberty University.  He has served as Director of Youth Ministries in two Free Will Baptist Churches and worked in another denominational children's home.  Newl is a member of a local FWB Church where he serves as a Deacon and Worship leader. She received a Bachelor of Social Work degree from East Tennessee State University and a Masters degree in Counseling from Liberty University. She has served as a Residential Counselor and Case Manager at Harvest.  Robin served as Director of Specialized Services from 2001-2024 and was promoted to the Assistant Executive Director in December 2024.  She has served the youth departments of two Free Will Baptist Churches and is currently a member of a local FWB Church.  Robin and her husband Josh have one daughter, Alexis. She is a member of a local FWB Church and plays in the Praise and Worship Band.  Martha has two children, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Joshua is a member of a local FWB Church where he serves as a Deacon, sound technician and plays in the Praise and Worship band.
