Newl Dotson, M.A.

Newl Dotson is a native of Bristol, VA and co-founder of Harvest Child Care Ministries. He received a Bachelors degree in business administration from King University and a Masters Degree in Counseling from Liberty University. He has served as Director of Youth Ministries in two Free Will Baptist Churches and worked in another denominational children's home. Newl is a member of a local FWB Church where he serves as a Deacon and Worship leader. He resides in Kingsport, TN.
Robin Neal, M.A, BSW Assistant Executive Director

Robin Neal joined Harvest Child Care Ministries in 1996. She received a Bachelor of Social Work degree from East Tennessee State University and a Masters degree in Counseling from Liberty University. She has served as a Residential Counselor and Case Manager at Harvest. Robin served as Director of Specialized Services from 2001-2024 and was promoted to the Assistant Executive Director in December 2024. She has served the youth departments of two Free Will Baptist Churches and is currently a member of a local FWB Church. Robin and her husband Josh have one daughter, Alexis. They currently reside in Mount Carmel, TN.
Teresa Tilson, BSW

Teresa Tilson is a native of Greeneville, TN and a co-founder of Harvest Child Care Ministries. She received a Bachelor of Social Welfare from East Tennessee State University. She previously worked for the Tennessee Department of Human Services and another denominational children's home. Teresa oversees Harvest’s long-term residential group homes, serving as a case manager. She has been active in the Free Will Baptist Ladies' Auxiliary on the local and district level. She is currently a member of a local FWB Church. Teresa resides in Weber City, VA.
Martha Stone, M.A.

Martha Stone joined Harvest Child Care Ministries in 1994. She received a Bachelor of General Studies from East Tennessee State University and a Masters Degree in Counseling from Liberty University. Martha oversees the Advancement Department. She has previously served the Youth Departments of two Free Will Baptist Churches and has been active in the Free Will Baptist Ladies' Auxiliary on the local and district level. She is a member of a local FWB Church and plays in the Praise and Worship Band. Martha has two children, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She and her husband, Rick, reside in Mount Carmel, TN.
Joshua Neal, BS

Joshua Neal joined Harvest Child Care Ministries in 2005. He holds many certifications in Computer Networking, Desktop Support, Computer Programming and HVAC. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management Information Systems: Information Assurance from Liberty University. Joshua is a member of a local FWB Church where he serves as a Deacon, sound technician and plays in the Praise and Worship band. Joshua and his wife Robin currently reside in Mount Carmel, TN with their daughter Alexis
